Information You Provide
Search Queries
A name or date of birth typed into one of the search tools on this site travels directly to the third-party provider running that search. The provider processes the query and sends back whatever it finds. Those search terms are not logged or stored on our side.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email sent to us is kept so that a reply can be written. That message stays inside our own team. Unless a legal obligation forces disclosure, it goes no further.
Information Collected Automatically
Our servers record a handful of technical details each time a page on this site loads:
- The browser in use and its version number
- The pages you opened and how long each one held your attention
- The IP address assigned to your device
- A timestamp for every page view
- The operating system and device type behind the request
- The referring site, when one sent you here
Cookies and Analytics
Small files called cookies are stored on your device by this site. They let us see which Hall County warrant pages draw traffic and where readers tend to leave. Analytics services roll that activity into aggregate reports. Blocking cookies is entirely your call and your browser settings control it, though a few features may behave differently afterward.
How That Data Gets Used
What we collect serves a short list of operational purposes and nothing beyond them:
- Routing a search request to the correct partner service
- Diagnosing and repairing technical faults
- Keeping the site online, stable, and quick to load
- Seeing which pages earn their place and which need rewriting
- Serving advertising that may match your interests
No Hall County Warrant Database Here
No warrant file, warrant list, or personal warrant record is hosted, compiled, maintained, or sold by this site. What it publishes is general guidance about where Hall County warrant information actually sits: with the Hall County Sheriff's Warrant Service Unit on Barber Road, with Hall County Magistrate Court, with the Hall County Clerk of Superior and State Courts, and with the Gainesville, Flowery Branch, Oakwood, and Braselton municipal courts. Georgia runs no public statewide warrant search, and GCIC access is restricted to authorized law-enforcement use. This site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and nothing gathered about visitors is ever assembled into a consumer report or a file about a third party.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes on this site. Anything entered into one of those boxes is handled under that partner's own privacy policy rather than this one. Their retention periods, sharing arrangements, and security practices belong to them and sit outside our control. Read the partner's policy before you submit a search.
Links That Leave This Site
Links throughout these pages point to Hall County government pages, Georgia court and Department of Driver Services resources, city police and municipal court sites, statewide legal guidance, and commercial search tools. Following any of them takes you off this site, and from that moment the destination's privacy policy governs the visit. Look it over before handing across personal details.
Certain advertising partners also track browsing activity across websites in order to target ads. That tracking happens on their systems, never on ours.
Who May Receive Your Data
Personal data is not sold. A limited set of parties may still receive some of it:
- Analytics providers measuring traffic and site performance
- Search partners processing the queries you run here
- Government bodies or law enforcement acting on a valid legal order
- Advertising networks placing ads on these pages
Keeping Your Data Secure
Standard security practices guard the data this site collects. No system attached to the internet is beyond reach, though. Reasonable protection is the promise here. A guarantee against every possible breach is not.
Visitors Under 18
Adults are the intended audience for this site, and personal information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 18. Tell us if you believe a minor has submitted data and it will be deleted promptly. Georgia treats juvenile court matters as a separate and largely confidential category, and no juvenile warrant or case information appears anywhere on this site.
Rights Over Your Information
The Georgia Open Records Act, O.C.G.A. §§ 50-18-70 through 50-18-77, is the law that governs records held by Hall County agencies and Georgia courts. It reaches public custodians such as the Sheriff and the Clerk, not a private website like this one, so a records request under that statute goes to the county office rather than to us. Privacy and consumer-protection law in the state where you live may still give you rights over the visitor data described above. At a minimum, you may:
- Ask us to correct information that is wrong
- Request a copy of what we hold about you
- Opt out of certain kinds of processing
- Ask us to erase your data
Changes to This Policy
This policy may be revised later on. Any revision appears on this page under a fresh effective date, so check back if you want to follow how visitor information is handled.
